By contacting us, inquiring about our services, or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Magic Castle Entertainment provides entertainment and creative services including but not limited to music recording and production, film and video production, artist management, advertising and marketing, and publishing. Specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and terms for each project will be agreed upon separately through written or email correspondence.
Engagement with our services is subject to mutual agreement on project scope and payment terms. Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. We may require a deposit or advance payment before beginning work. Invoices are due as specified in each agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any work product, creative content, recordings, videos, designs, or other deliverables produced by Magic Castle Entertainment for a client remain the property of Magic Castle Entertainment until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights transfer as specified in the project agreement.
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals as needed for project completion. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and deliverables. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any materials they provide to us.
Cancellation terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on work already completed. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
To the extent permitted by law, Magic Castle Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
