To get the ball rolling, we'll send over an initial proposal based on everything we discussed. Once you are happy with the proposal, you sign the agreement, and we get everything booked for you. We assign you your event coordinator, who will be looking after you until the date of your event.
Depending on the package you have booked, we'll invite you to join a creative video call with the band leader to discuss creative details like song choices, how the sets should be configured and any special creative details.
Depending on the package you have booked, you have a video call with the video and lighting consultant to help you get the best look and sound for your entertainment. You can also discuss other aspects of your day, for example, audio services for speeches, or other AV requirements.
